TIMMI Check-In is a solution to the challenges of enrollment and efficient use of space in social and health care units. Registration works via mobile or self-service kiosk and directs customers to the door of the reception room.

TIMMI Check-In is a modern way of handling unit enrolments. It automates check-in and onsite guidance with self-service kiosks or and a mobile application.

After completing check-in, TIMMI Queue Management guides patients to their exam rooms using information screens.

Delivery and commissioning of the finished package can be completed in 4-8 weeks.

TIMMI Self-Service Kiosk now with updated design and new accessories

TIMMI Self-service kiosk (Itsepalveluautomaatti or IPA in Finnish) enables customers to independently check-in at the reception or in the queue of service points. First, you identify yourself with an ID card or by entering your personal identity number, then you check-in for an appointment. It is also possible to check in without an appointment, for eg. triage. The Kiosk prints a transaction slip that directs the patient to the right area.

A bright display and an accessible design ensure a smooth user experience. Self-service Kiosks are now available with different designs and accessories. Our new Kapia fits perfectly even in tight spaces. Its compact size makes it an ideal option for spaces where every square meter counts. Leviä is our familiar, robust model. For both models, you can choose the accessories you need, such as payment terminals or side platforms to make it easier to use.

TIMMI Mobile Check-In Increases Flexibility

TIMMI Mobile Check-In allows you to register for an appointment according to their name via mobile! With mobile check-in enabled, the TIMMI system retrieves appointments for the current day from the patient information system and sends check-in link to patients.

In the mobile check-in application patients identity is authenticated and they are asked to verify their contact details before they can complete their check-in. They are then assigned a personal ID number which is used to eg. call them into the exam rooms, increasing privacy.

Registration works with Timm's SMS service, in addition, it can be integrated with the subscriber's own operator.
